Lightly stir in 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce and half of the shredded mozzarella. Don't overmix - you want the sauce to swirl through the cottage cheese.

I don't recommend freezing this one. The cottage cheese doesn't freeze and thaw well for this particular recipe.
